CHANGE OF PROFESSION

Recently, I left my engineering and joined ARENA ANIMATION.
Am doing my BA in Multimedia.
Now my main aim is to get a PhD. in this field.
This seems a lot more fun than engineering :)
It feels good to start blogging again :)
I shall post my works soon :)

EARTH DAY

The first Earth Day was April 22, 1970, the day the modern environmental movement was born.

This day is celebrated in more than 175 countries every year.

There are many songs that are performed on Earth Day.

Ludwig van Beethoven’s “Ode to Joy” melody is already the official anthem of European Union.

The melody is widely recognized and easily performed, in the public domain, and originally composed for voice.

In the words of Albert Einstein, "Those with the privilege to know, have a duty to act." So, let's all come together and act, for "united" we shall stand and "divided" we shall fall. Let us start doing something towards environment. As we all know that 35 years from now, we would have a lot of difficulty dealing with shortage of water and a lot more things.

What did you do today towards the environment??? Think about it. Everyday must be an Earth Day. J

HATE STORY

Watched HATE STORY today. It’s a competently crafted, reasonably gripping thriller in which the erotic isn’t half as electric as the posters might have suggested.

The story is much more about political power and corporate greed.

Paoli Dam has acted well. She is an actress who is gutsy, gifted and endowed with the ability to underplay even the more explosive moments.

Though, the movie consists of deep holes, the performance of the actors have saved the audience to completely fall in them.

There are moments when the audience make some scenes funny by comments, which aren’t meant to be funny. This is because of the lack of good dialogues.

The F-word flies thick and fast and u don’t hear beeps. Looks like the censor board has improved its thinking  :P

The censor board has cut some of the love-making scenes which was a bit of a surprise because the trailers consisted of them :O

Overall, this film was quite good in story and actors did a good job.

BEST DAYS

Looks like my bad days have come to an end.
I got a cool TITAN HTSE watch today. These watches are light powered watches. These can be charged by any light which have the power of 200 lux and upwards and the coolest thing is that even a candle light is sufficient to charge the watch.
Even the designs of these watches are unique and are based on similar systems which are self energized like satellites. The batteries are said to have a long life of up-to 20 years.
I have always loved watches and will continue to love them.
I might be having a lot of watches. May be more than 25. I have lost the count... must count them when i go back to my 'home sweet home'.
I remember that i got my first watch after getting my 1st std. final marks card. It was blue in colour and had a colourful parrot face which had to be lifted to check the time.
I have been wearing watches for more than 14 years now... sounds cool to me... am planning to buy the costliest one some day... without diamonds... cause that would seem girlish.

DAY 3

Watched "KAHAANI" today :) ... Its an amazing movie with a really good climax. I request people to go and watch this movie. Vidya balan has acted well. I even liked the performance of the other actors.Story was well presented by Sujoy ghosh , not at all predictable. There is even a hidden meaning in the movie. Very good music given by Vishal and Shekhar :)

I wish i could discuss the climax of the movie :P

So... Changing the topic...

Most of the people seem happy today.

The Indian cricket icon: Sachin Tendulkar scored his 100th century. The first to one :)

Watched "Chaalis.Chauraasi (4084)" movie  today. Awesome work done by the actors.

Its a film by Hriday Shetty and starring Naseeruddin Shah,Atul Kulkarni,Kay Kay Menon and Ravi Kishan.

Its a story of 4 friends who want to rob a lonely house in a lonely stretch which has 20 crore rupees.






There are several twists and turns in the movie. The songs in the movie didn't appeal much to me. There are many jokes which are well presented. The actors have done a wonderful job.

Hriday Shetty - brother of the director rohit shetty, might not have that many hits like his brother has, but this film is a good work done by him.

Am eagerly waiting for rohit shetty's next film: Bol Bachchan
